Using MyKostomers App as a Business Owner

If you are here you must have downloaded, installed the app and registered to login. If not please click here to follow the steps for getting started.

After you installed the app and logged in as a business owner, kindly follow the steps below to set up your account:

STEP 1: Click on the Dashboard

STEP 2: Click Services to add the services you offer

STEP 3: Fill in details of the services you offer including your availability and then post it.

If you have followed the above 3 steps successfully, then your services will be available for customers to view and book you online from anywhere and anytime. To view the posted service and edit it, go back to the dashboard and instead of post a service, select manage a service. This will enable you to edit the services you offer anytime.

You can use MyKostomers App either as a business owner or as a customer. The steps for each are as follows:

Using MyKostomers App as a Business Owner

Step 1. All you need to do is download the app for FREE via Google Play Store (for Android users) or Apple App Store (for iOS users).

Step 2. Click to Open Menu

Step 3. Click to Register

Step 4. Choose account type

Step 5. Fill all information and click register, an OTP will be sent to your Phone number.

Step 6. Enter the OTP sent to your Phone

Step 7. If you registered as a business owner go to Setting up your account as a business owner or watch the video below for further information. If you registered as an individual customer then go to using MyKostomers as a customer.
